Dr. Miguel J. Tepedino, MD
Dr. Tepedino earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Cell Science with highest honors from the University of Florida. He successfully completed his medical school education at the University of Florida, and he also did his Family Medicine residency training there, serving as chief resident in his final year.
Dr. Tepedino is also an adjunct clinical assistant professor at the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he helps teach medical students and train residents.
He is native to Lake City, Florida, and he is happy to have the opportunity to give back to the community in which he was born and raised. He is happily married, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.
Spring Cramer, APRN, FNP
Spring earned her Associate degree at Lake City Community College, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida State University. She then continued her education and earned her Nurse Practitioner degree at Florida State University.
Spring has extensive experience in family medicine, and she is especially passionate about weight loss, preventive medicine, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle changes.
She enjoys staying active, participating in sports, and traveling with her husband and 2 children.
Hillary Bailey, DNP, APRN
Hillary earned her Associate degree at Lake City Community College, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida State University. She completed her training and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Medicine at the University of Florida.Hillary is focused on caring for the entire family, and she has a special interest in women's health.
She enjoys crafting and spending time with her husband and 2 children.
